ER staff is currently falsifying patient records. I'm looking into who to report them to currently. The registration staff & nurses are refusing to take vitals and then recording them as normal in patient records. A nurse explained to my mother it's to avoid covid testing and to keep numbers down. This is absolutely selfish and disgusting behavior on the hospitals part.
very slow need more than one gastroenterologist in the building booked up till December is a joke hire more people if you are that busy period I'll drive to mattoon before going here

I have never had a family member be treated so unprofessionally in the ER. The Dr. and nurse were aweful!!

Need to take better time to listen to patients when they present with problems.
Tonight was my second visit to the ER I five months. As a nurse I hold medical staff to a high standard but understand the perils of a shift. I have NEVER received care from a nicer, kinder or more professional staff than I have here! I couldn’t be happier! I have two hospitals less than half the distance from my house, I will not go back to either. St. Anthony’s ER, you are doing it the right way. Keep up the good work. Thank You!!
