RecommendedOn January 19th my husband had a total knee replacement and the people on the third floor the staff are so awsome they care about their patients and on the ball you need something they dont mess around they treated my Curley with respect and lots a care and are on it 5 star in my Curleys book

Went for an annual physical & walked out with a 250$ hospital bill. The DR took advantage of my situation. She could have informed my that by answering my question that I would be charged or need another appointment. Instead I was charged after the fact & the worst part was she didn't help even me with my question. Tried disputing charge. Ended up having to pay.

I had lab work done in 2017, for which I paid, I had more done in 2018, which I also paid for. Then, they sent me a secondary bill for the 2017 work. I argued it, but eventually paid it. I then had more done in 2019, for which I have paid. Now, they are demanding payment for the 2017 lab work a 3rd time. They keep telling me that according to their records I owe for them again, but will not state how they came to that conclusion. Awful customer service displayed last night, judgemental, sent home without treatment, ridiculous.
I cannot say enough **BEWARE** this place at all costs because I stress my opinion that this is hands down, 100%, thee worse place you could ever visit for medical treatment, especially for heart care. Read till the end because my cousin is at *EXTREME* risk of dying now, as the HSHS executives all made sure to let him know as a final screw you, because they stopped his life saving medical treatment for a deadly infection.
