The Effingham Hospital, St. Anthony was a good place. My grandson had surgery yesterday for a hernia repair and a hydrocell removal. It was only suppose to be half hour to an hour procedure. It ended up being a 2 hrs. ordeal. The nurse kept the parents and grandparents very informed to what was happening. The staff went all out to even find my 6 month old grandson's pacifier, that got missed place, for him. The doctors and nurses were great!
Nursing staff went above and beyond in finding my son's paci after his surgery. What should have taken 30 minutes procedure turned into two hours. The nurse let us know what was going on every step of they way.
A very important part of our community. St Anthony Hospital provides excellent health care! We're lucky to have quality health services right here in Effingham
