I have dealt with several prop mgmts in Manhattan. HRC is the best. Their office staff is awesome, the apts are nice & things get fixed quickly. I moved from one of their properties to another - check out was very easy & the deposit return was fair. Both of their properties I've lived at are quiet & the pools are the best in town. Highly recommend HRC.
We are loving our place! From our first call, application, lease signing, move in and maintenance requests, they have have provided professional & prompt service! Being new to Kansas we had a ton of questions, and they have been so kind and helpful! Thank you!!!
My husband and I lived in their apartments at 11th and Kearney for 2 years. When we moved out we spent an entire day along with 4 other family members cleaning our apartment. We requested a walk through, however, they don't really do that so it took them almost a week to come over. At that time they explained the entire place was too dirty! The place was spotless!! We then cleaned our place one more time right before we moved out just to make them happy. They still hired a cleaning service for 8 hours and charged us for it! ... read more

I am very sorry that you feel that way, I do not recall you being on a lease with us. . Unfortunately it happens a lot where people may live day to day clean, but the deep cleaning is what takes so long and it is hard to understand that on an apartment that is 1250 Square feet it can take 10 to 12 hours to clean it to the move out standards.If the person that was on the lease would like any of the information that we have on the cleaning we would be happy to send that to them. When my husband and I moved to Manhattan we were not sure where we were going to live since we had not sold our home in our previous town. We met with the staff at HRC and they were very helpful in helping us find a Town home that meet our needs. We lived in our Town home for a year before purchasing a home here in Manhattan. The pool was great and my kids loved it! I would recommend using HRC to anyone moving to Manhattan or looking for a new place to live. The staff is extremely friendly.
