The office staff were exceptionally helpful and cheerful. Ash in particular went above and beyond in helping our son find the perfect unit. RecommendedThis review is specific to the application process. I was really impressed by the quick response to the question I asked through online platform early morning on a Saturday. Ash helped me through the application process. Still have a process to go through for getting an apartment but i had best customer service through the application process. I will update with the leasing process as I complete that process.
Hi all! I absolutely LOVED HRC while living there. A little over a year ago, I had to find an apartment in Manhattan from 500 miles away. They had a great moving special going on, and even though I only needed a one bedroom I decided to move to their Cambridge Square apartments. Lauren and Dallis were absolutely wonderful to work with. RecommendedVery nice apartment. Well and functionally decorated , with a little bling for beauty. We enjoyed the fireplace one cool spring evening. For us it was very convenient. Even though it is on the west side of Manhattan, it’s a quick drive to stores, restaurants, Aggieville, and Kansas State.
The apartment was as expected, fresh, clean and large enough for our group. Thank you for a wonderful experience. Enjoyed the beautiful white snow as well.
