Do not rent from HRC Apartments and Townhomes. Our storage closet has mold growing on it. Condensation set in and now all of my husbands army equipment is covered in it. We expected more.

My husband and I lived in Pebblebrook for a little over a year! We absolutely loved living here and have no complaints! The management, office staff, and maintenance crews were extremely friendly and responded to our questions and maintenance requests in a very timely manner! I would recommend Pebblebrook to anyone looking for a well maintained, quiet location in Manhattan!
My family had a great experience and the entire complex was very well maintained. Any request for repairs or service were handled quickly.
My roommate and I moved out at the end of July and have just received our deposit back. My roommate and I spent the weekend before cleaning our apartment and very carefully being sure to hit every point on the cleaning checklist that was provided. Being a college student I even had my mother come check it out and make sure it was clean enough that we would receive most if not all of our deposit back. If you would have called the office and asked about your cleaning bill I would have gladly sent over the pictures we took because of the condition of the unit when we went in to check it out. I have pictures of a very dirty refrigerator that looks as though it was never cleaned the entire year you lived with us, I have a stove top as well as a range hood that are covered in grease and dirt, I have sink faucet knobs that are covered ... read more
We have been with HRC since June 2012 and have had an amazing experience while living at the Stone Pointe apartments. Maintenance has always been prompt and the office staff kind and friendly when we stop by.
