I had a horrible experience with ***** block. She redid my taxes 4 times. I would bring up something she missed and she wouldn't listen to me. She didn't put my Social security in for income which would cause *** to audit me. I called her and she said I didn't give her the right paperwork and I said yes I did. She realized she'd made a mistake and I went in have her fix it and when she fixed it she did it wrong and I brought that up to her and then she did it the way she should have done in the four times before that. Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with a tax company and I am currently trying everything I can to hold this despicable company responsible. They have taken it upon themselves to send a new card and I already had a active card and its been like 3 months and no card in the mail

The worst customer service I have ever had. I have been waiting since January for my second stimulus that was sent to HR block. So I called multiple times. Was given a different answer by each person I spoke with. I was finally told to fill out a lost check form and send in a blank voided check. I did this. Spoke with a supervisor and was told I would receive my money within 10 days. 14 days later no money. Called 5 times and got a different answer from each person. .............a person at a ********** ********* facility had my return addressed to a wrong location. That person then 'claimed' to have corrected it, and yet was still mailed to a wrong address. Next month, a manager claimed the address truly was corrected back then, but yet still needed to inter the correct address today (eh?). Was told today, that return applications that are addressed to post office boxes are flagged, as in not mailed to P. O. Boxes. Lady that work there once very rude receptionist receptionist apologize Went there four times to get my taxes done then they lost it they did do my taxes for free and said sorry but I would never use them again are you with him for over 35 years and this is the worst Ive ever seen

I have been an H&R Block customer for about the last ten years, for the most part it was great, but recently things have not been up to par as of late. Do not use them to file your taxes. Absolutely trash. Needed my taxes filed by a deadline to submit my unemployment. They completely negated the deadline ever though they had a week to complete my tax return. They told me they would have it done and they did not. Now ** left ****. ******* **** at H&R Block in *********, ******* is untrustworthy.

OMG! This is inhumane. I just want to cry. *** has outsourced customer service reps in the Philipines who are reading a script and will not address specific questions. I have been locked out of my account for a week. I changed my password after being locked out, but even so one week later I was still unable to log in.I read on ***'s website that it is a good idea to contact them to verify my bank info.
