After filing online and working with an online Pro - I returned with final data. The online pro system was not responsive. repeated attempts to connect and no one responded. I finally reached out to my local retail location and to my dismay my account could not be released from the previous ONLINE PRO. There were at minimum a dozen calls made by myself AND the local (to me) retail office. The retail office tried to work with the District Manager in Ohio to get this released from the online system to retail. I tried; H&R Bloc... read more
