I used H & R Block for State and Federal taxes. I sent the return in electronically. The Federal return was never received by the government. The State return suffered the same fate. I attempted to get H & R Block to help me with the problem. They completely refused. The H & R offices told me I could pay $100.00 per hour to help me with my returns.
