If I could give a zero rating I would. A few years ago I took the HR Block tax coarse to be a tax preparers. The professor was amazing and completed my coarse. I took the HR Block tax coarse again and had the worse experience ever. I completed the coarse and had difficulties with my hours being reported to CTEC. I informed my instructor (Kristine Rambonga) who had no interest in helping me what so ever. Their stupid phone system is hanging up on customers without even letting them go on hold yet alone speak to anyone! This is unacceptable and should be illegal! Suffice to say I'm never going back to them in the future... especially since they also charge inactivity fees on their Emerald Card which means I don't even get to enjoy my entire stimulus check.
They are holding my stimulus check hostage. Nobody communicate with you ?? and forget about them answering the phone. Lost my money as customer
The software used to be very good. In the past there was support for install problems. Now there is none. Phone calls to the 800 number hang up automatically. The support web site has no information. it says call the 800 number. Suggest finding a vendor that has support.
someone has changed all my account info on my activated card that i use every day to pay my bills. my stimulus was being deposited on the 4th. i wake up morning of 5th and all my mobile banking info has changed...new account number..new card number and now i cant get access to my money that has been deposited.
If I could give them less stars I would! They are holding my stimulus check and will not transfer the funds to my card even though they have told me every day that it will be available tomorrow and it never comes! Haven’t been able to eat dinner in 3 days! They told me they don’t care!
They are keeping peoples stimulus money and not keeping people up to date on where there money is. They also changed banks during the year without telling anyone. Isn't it illegal to give other banks your info if you don't agree to it first?? After this stimulus mix up they should be investigated.
This company stole my stimulus check. They had my stimulus sent to their ACH account. I found out after doing research and thy are not providing any information on when they will correct the issue. It's my money and I need IT ASAP.
well H&R block lost another customer because of their stupid bullshit. sure there are millions of other people that feel the same way. INCOMPOTANT MORRONS.
