Went into their branch office to have a Tax Pro (joke) prepare for a tax year. when I filed my taxes in 2019, I thought H&R knew their s**t apparently, they do not. it 2023 and I'm still dealing with them. I been to their office multiple times to help me but, all I get is "we don't know'' or "we'll call when we find anything.' I don't what else to do, I am so confused on how they don't what to do.
