My fianc filed in March, early March. Weve noticed not only did h&r block change our routing number after taxes were filed but due to them changing the routing number they had to issue a check. When the check was mailed to the physical not mailing address it was not received. Nobody called to tell ** this happened, no email, nothing. We waiting for the check to be returned and have also have filled out the paperwork 3 times to receive the replacement. Suddenly all of our forms disappeared and have not been found. I'm very disappointed with this place. I had them prepare my husband and I 2021 taxes. After everything was filed, we nearly paid over $5,700. I was quite shocked but at the time didn't really think nothing of it. Thank goodness I went to another tax preparer for our 2022 taxes. I had them review our 2021 taxes and come to find out the preparer reported the withholdings incorrectly and over reported! It'll take 5 months to process and now I have to wait. All I'm asking is to get a refund for the fee I paid for their services... read more
