I'm very disappointed with this place. I had them prepare my husband and I 2021 taxes. After everything was filed, we nearly paid over $5,700. I was quite shocked but at the time didn't really think nothing of it. Thank goodness I went to another tax preparer for our 2022 taxes. I had them review our 2021 taxes and come to find out the preparer reported the withholdings incorrectly and over reported! It'll take 5 months to process and now I have to wait. All I'm asking is to get a refund for the fee I paid for their services... read more

So sick and tired of them forcing the paid options on ** with no way to remove them. I really do not understands how it is ethical or legal for them to do this to consumers. They make it IMPOSSILBE to get it removed and this should not be the case. If, as they claim, the issue is software not being able to roll back then just STOP forcing the expensive versions without a confirmation step, it really is that simple.
