Files my taxes in april, or so i thought. Called back may to check on filing and they asked for additional $500 and my routing # to get it which i supplied. Got call dec 27th that my file had been found in the bottom of the drawer and was never filed. Waited 2 weeks for the supposed filing to commence again and was cussed out nonstop about how this was my fault because they werent sure i wanted to file. I asked them to please just file it. My fianc filed in March, early March. Weve noticed not only did h&r block change our routing number after taxes were filed but due to them changing the routing number they had to issue a check. When the check was mailed to the physical not mailing address it was not received. Nobody called to tell ** this happened, no email, nothing. We waiting for the check to be returned and have also have filled out the paperwork 3 times to receive the replacement. Suddenly all of our forms disappeared and have not been found.
