I been to their office multiple times to help me but, all I get is "we don't know'' or "we'll call when we find anything.' I don't what else to do, I am so confused on how they don't what to do. They do not even deserve one star. For almost 10 years my taxes were completed by HR Block in **********. I moved in Dec 2021 to ********** to be near family (pandemic). I had to use the "My Block" account this year. with my ** tax pro. It was a nightmare. 1. a W2 was left out and the tax pro never asked me what the document was. This resulted in an amendment (their mistake but my time and money), 2. I then went to an HR Block location in ************* just to have my taxes reviewed not amended. They amended them and left ou... read more
