Horrible customer service!!!! Thousands of people's stimulus got sent to h and r block. No one answers phone when calling to find out where our payment is!

I purchased an HR Block Deluxe + State 2020 this year. The Company provides a packaging and an email address and a Activation Code. Of course, I paid in advance for their product. The only problem, to start, is that the website does not exist. It delivers and error message that states that it is "NOT FOUND 404 error". HR Block also does not answer its phones and they do not allow customers to access them in any manner to request assistance with these products that FAIL. I ordered program on line at their website and they charged my credit card but 3 days kater I have not received the email receipt or the link to download the program. I ahve not been able to reach anyone by phone or web. I have now been holding for 43 minutes as when the auto answering aske me what I was calling about and I replied Program purchsed it decided to connect me to the refund question support. For last 40 minutes it tells me it should be answered in 35 minutes,

Everyone knows H&R Block is one of the worst company's it is just a known FACT it is a total rip off. Me nervous in a crunch sought out this well known establishment because the IRS is coming for blood. The Carmel Ny location -1866 Rte.6- is a joke, worse than a bad joke. It has been a month now that i have last spoken with a member of their staff to work on my back taxes which is TIME SENSITIVE. I have purchased and used H&R Block tax software for years with no issue. I purchased their tax CD for 2019 taxes as usual. When completed I requested all necessary forms and schedules to send to the IRS. I was shown a list of forms and schedules and I trusted that this list was correct. I filed my return on Feb 27, 2020. On Aug 28, 2020 I received a notice from the IRS saying that I was missing Schedule D and it's back-up documents. Unprofessional. Lapse in communication and professionalism. Messy. Jesse T***** is supposed to be the manager that oversees multiple Montgomery County, Maryland offices, but it appears that she is not the person for the job. I can only surmise that the office's lapse in organization is in large part due to her incompetence as an appointment and hired leader.
