After being charged a total of $91.41 to do everything myself online and have H&R Block file, I received my Federal Refund minus an additional $19.99. I went through support and Tier II support after a lengthy almost 3 hour call on Feb 18 2021 which they acknowledged the additional amount that was taken out of my federal refund and I was to receive a return call a few hours later. H&R block failed to do our taxes propery was told by Joseph Vacanti.that his agent did not do the taxes right because she inserted wrong info it took him close to 11 months to straighten it out which any other tax guy could do in 2 days in the meantime Oklahoma sent it to collections we are pissed of the incompetence he told us not to worry during the 11 months and don't pay the penalty all those 11 months in the end we have egg all over face don't use them or trust them.

Complaint against your Colorado Springs office: 5360 N Academy Blvd Ste 230, Colorado Springs, Colorado 80918 I Angelic Bully is waiting on a Refund of $59.00 for cancelling my tax service. They messed up my tax return for 2019 so bad that the IRS is now rejecting my 2020 return. They not only told the IRS that I had insurance through the marketplace (when I didnt) they also misspelled my name. How can you call yourselves a reliable tax service when you can't even spell a person's name right.

Dont use them they lie to you about their services. They tell you that you will have access to previous years and doesnt give you anything. Call the number and spend HOURS on hold!!! i wish i could rate lower than one star!!!

The H and R Block 2020 Tax Software combines the social security tax that my wife and I paid and is incorrectly applying a tax credit in the amount over $8537 (wage cap amount) of our COMBINED social security tax payments. This is obviously incorrect and if I file my return I'm committing a federal crime. H and R Block's stance is that this is correct tax law application. What a company. Was charged twice to download the software. Never received the software. On hold 3.5 hours to be hung up on. Called next day was on hold over an hour and was told charges were not showing on their system so they cannot refund my money. They told me to call back the next day to try again. Money has been deducted from my accounts for nothing. Have used this software for 20 years. Will be using another software henceforth.
