The ******* ** office of H&R Block charged me last March 2021,. $164.oo dollars to do my taxes because I didn't want any problems with the ***** I finally got someone in that office Jan 2022 to let them know I still haven't got a refund... He told me they have no record of me being there... I dropped off a copy of their return and my reciept for the 164 dollars I paid them in cash... I still haven't heard from them... I think they took my money and blew me off...

I had interviewed. On.91121. At 230pm to 3pm. But I did not get a call at alll.if it was Cancel.or change another date when.i check.it said no.long needed as of ******. I felt left out and this company has.no.consideration at. All Since I have no fault the interviewer did not call or email me at all that day I try to.reapply but it did not let me.in at all. I try to email this company several.time but no.respond at all !!!!

I had our taxes prepared in ******************* office, *********** ** on 5/15/21 and paid for same day After monitoring for several months for the funds due to ************** and the *** be withdrawn from my account, I then became concerned. I contacted H&R office in October 2021 and it was discovered that they failed to efile both our state and federal taxes . After numerous phone calls and emails, our State and Federal taxes were finally filed around 10/6/21. I advised H&R will be held responsible for any penalties incurr... read more

I applied for a Receptionist position via ******** jobs. Hiring manager called me, acted like I was "perfect" for the job, insisted I friend her on ********. After getting hired by the company and taking the time to do all the onboarding paperwork two months before the season is to start, hiring manager starts acting different, acting like she no longer likes me and making me feel like I am no longer welcome. I've been going to them for 15 years or so. My returns are VERY basic, but at the same time, I can't deal with number, tax lingo, legalesse, govt bureaucracy. It makes my head spin. So I pay around $250, once per year, for an H&R rep to spend TWENTY MINUTES punching in numbers. For them, it's a no-brainer...entirely automated.I recently got a letter from the state saying I owed them money. Unbelievably Incompetent! I have used H&R **** for decades and I always buy the protection plan. The lady doing my taxes was in such a hurry she obviously made an error regarding the stimulus payments. I get a letter from IRS with 7 days to pay or I will have to pay a fine/penalty. I made an appointment with the person who prepared my taxes and she had the audacity to say You signed you tax return so its your problem. This place is a dookie show. Unprofessional, unhelpful, unskilled, basically every un-word you can imagine. Go to a CPA and avoid headache and problems.

I signed up to take a tax preparer's course. When I realized that I needed a different course, I was told that they'd refund the payment for the first course and I'd have to pay separately for the new one. Issue #1: Two months later and I still haven't received the refund. I filed a complaint with my credit card company.I began the new course which was supposed to have an introductory ****** with the instructor. My husband and I filled our 2017 taxes at H&R block. We had used them every year up to this point and never had a issue. We paid for their protection services and everything they offer at the end. Everything came out to over 500 dollars. So you'd assume you are getting your monies worth. My husband had recently gotten out of the active Army before this.
