We went with our family of six over Thanksgiving, food was poor - very greasy! Desert choice was limited to two options, sadly neither tasted good. Beer options cast but staff were not strong in guidance. All in all a very disappointing choice.

Great food and great service but the prices are high! I understand you're in the city of Chicago but $11 for a beer is ridiculous!

Business response:

Hi Bonnie! I'm glad you enjoyed our food and service and hope it was a good time overall! Our beer prices do vary a lot, depending on which of the 120 beers you choose. We offer smaller 6oz pours too so that people can enjoy rare and expensive beers at a more reasonable price point. Hope that helps for a future visit! Best, Lee.

On a Saturday in Chicago no self respecting bar runs out of several beers on tap.

Business response:

Hi Jim, thank you for your feedback. The empty tables that you see may be reserved for other guests, which is why we cannot give them away. I am sorry that some of the beers you were interested in were out - with 120 different taps, kegs run out multiple times per day, and we need a little time to select, clean, and change them and update our menus accordingly. I understand it can be disappointing but I hope that helps explain why there is some lag between a beer running out and a new one going on during busy times such as t... read more
