During my visit with other guests, we ate off the Chicago Restaurant Week menu. We started off with the Harvest salad which had a really yummy Chipotle Maple dressing on top followed by a smoked pea soup that had a bit of a spicy kick to it. After we were served "Pork 'n' Honey" which is a smoked pork chop with sweet fixings and cous cous. I booked my evening corporate event at Howells and Hood with their event team, and couldn't be happier with the amazing staff, beautiful venue and delicious food and drinks. Throughout the booking process, Julie was very helpful, very quick to respond, and made me feel very comfortable and confident with our event. Cool place to party. The games are fun and friendly & very courteous staff.
Group event. Food was OK but nothing special. Space is good with lots of TVs for viewing sporting events. Red wine selection was probably set with the catering order but really limited. Wait staff was slow to refill buffet. Went for pizza afterwards.
It is Very centric when you are shopping in Michigan Ave. The food is very good. We had the best and freshest fried calamari ever. They have an excellent beer selection and the staff is friendly and efficient. My only suggestion is they get a wider and better dessert selection.
