Incredible at how rude the hostess staff continues to be. You never seat until the entire party enters the restaurant. Even if a portion of the party is twenty steps outside the door. You hold tables for incomplete parties. So, now a party that is entirely present waits. Rules are rules, but your hostess staff snickers and doesn't follow the rules. Terrible customer service!!! Always excellent food. Always excellent wait service. Always horrific hostess staff and even more incompetent house managers.
