I am from the beef capital of Canada - Calgary, Alberta. My daughter and I visited in early September while on a brief get-away and had a delicious dinner. Her steak salad and my steak were both cooked beautifully and presented well. I will agree the hostess staff could be a tad more personable! All in all a great experience.
We visited Houston's yesterday. We called and gave our feedback to the manager who was very nice. Dawn was our server and she was terrible. She spent most of her time leaning against the brick wall in the kitchen talking to her co-workers instead of taking care of her customers. Other servers brought us our food and drinks because Dawn was too busy visiting. As we told the manager, she needs to focus less on visiting and more time tending to her customers. Great food. Salmon, Hawaiian rib eye, Lamb, or prime rib for the 4 of us.
A favorite place! Consistently outstanding food! A place for a great meal and Family Memories!
