My wife and I were very interested in a home, and our realtor highly recommended HouseScans services. We are very happy we chose him, as he found two major issues with the house that prevented us from a huge roof repair and a foundation repair! That was worth the cost of the inspections right there! The report came with both pictures and a description, as well as the recommendations on how to fix the issues. Homescan does an awesome job! Homescan was on time, focused, detailed, and thorough. In addition, the value of being able to get the wind mitigation inspection for the insurance company all in one price is a cost savings to my customer. They explained everything in detail to the customer. Helped answer my questions as a realtor. Was very impressed with their level of detail and easy to read report. House Scan did an amazing for us...they were great from start to finish...from Jillian answering all of my questions so knowledgeable and the best customer service I have received in a very LONG time! They came out and preformed even with a possible hurricane approaching...Devin was FANTASTIC and so professional. I would give 10 stars for all around professionalism! This is my first time working with this company, and I could not be happier. They were thorough and provided more than the typical inspection report. I was also impressed with the included 4pt and wind mitigation reports. The report builder was a gift to me the REALTOR. It was easy to use and kept the request backed up with pictures and the inspectors explainations.

I can’t say enough good things about HouseScan. From their easy to navigate website, offering WDO, 4 point inspection and wind mitigation is just a start. Jillian and Kurt went above and beyond for us on a short notice reinspection and Josh was extremely accommodating and thorough.
