Highly recommend HouseScan to complete your inspection! Kurt called immediately after I submitted the request to schedule an inspection. He informed me that I had selected additional items that were already included in the general inspection. This lowered the overall inspection price. I would use these guys 1000x over. Kurt was on site for 5 hours, got me the report same day and it was so through i almost couldn't believe it. These guys are the best home inspectors in the southeast. Trust me I've used some bad ones.
