These professionals were hired to look at a new home for us quickly after going under contract. Prompt, professional, and on time; Daven, the professional at Homescan, thoroughly inspected every area of our new home and provided live questions and answering if necessary of areas in question. Scheduling is extremely easy, the inspection was completed thoroughly and on time as scheduled. The report was provided the same day. The inspector was available to answer questions directly after I reviewed the report. HIGHLY recommend!
The scheduling process is incredibly easy with the ala carte selections for specific inspections. The staff is very professional and thorough. Daven was outstanding and explained everything to my customers. The report is the cleanest but most thorough I’ve received from any inspector.
