My home inspection was done by the owner Kurt. The inspection was extremely detailed oriented and detailed. During the walkthrough he explained everything to me, that was notated. He's also very knowledgable, you ask him a question about almost anything pertaining to your home. Excellent company. I would highly suggest you use them. It was pouring rain here on Amelia Island. Kurt and Jared arrived on time and did a very thorough inspection top to bottom. Their report software contains images, explanations and color coding by severity of issue. This is what you want in an inspection company or any service provider, for that matter.

At first I thought it was money well spent! We moved into a 2008 house two weeks ago only to find out the entire 2nd floor squeaks badly and the tub and the shower squeaks Soo bad it needs to be reset! Before it's over we may have to rip up the carpet and screw down the Floors! How this was missed is crazy! I'm very disappointed for 540.00..
The house we had inspected had been previously inspected 2 other times. Kurt found issues the other 2 inspection companies did not. The report was so thorough and easy to understand. It included, level or concern designations, for each issue, along with photos and some videos. I had a general contractor review the report and he was blown away by the thoroughness of the report. Thank you!
