Kurt is very punctual and knowledgeable. He was very thorough and used the latest technology inspecting the home. He did an excellent job for my clients, and will recommend him to my other clients as well.
Kurt did a excellent job with our home inspection. Scheduling an appointment was very simple and easy. He did a very thorough job and took the time to explain all the findings while he went through EVERY inch of the house. The report was emailed back to me the very same day. It's super easy to understand and includes pictures of the findings. I will definitely use homescan again if I ever need another home inspection.
We’ve used other inspectors in the past but HouseScan is by far the best and is head and shoulders above others we have used. Extremely thorough and will find any and everything wrong with a home. The best part was that the inspector was easy to reach after the inspection to go over all of our questions, with recommendations!!
