Great Job! Customer flew in Friday night and we had the inspection on Saturday. We had one day! Customer flew out on Sunday. Thank you Kurt for making me look good and getting the report back later that day. The customer had time to review it before his business trip to Holland!
On a Monday evening, after 7pm at night, my wife and I placed an offer on a house. HouseScan Home Inspections was scheduled through our realtor and by Thursday, of the same week, the inspection was complete and I had a detailed report in my email. I was extremely pleased with the quick turnaround, as was the mortgage company. The reports are very detailed, easy to navigate, and comprehendible. Josh was our assigned inspector and he is friendly, professional, and thorough.

Kurt provides a great service to anyone looking to get a home inspection. He provides great customer service and his reports are the best! Easy to comprehend (good for an agent and a home buyer) and if you have any questions about it, he's there to answer. It's hard to come up with a reason not to use him and his team!

Kurt was awesome!! He inspected a home for us top to bottom and then went over every single thing with us once we got there. His report was packed with information and photos. He also was there to answer any questions we had about the report or anything else. When we buy our next home we will absolutely use Kurt again and would 100% recommend him to anyone!
