RecommendedKelly did our inspection for buying our house and nailed it. She made sure to point out all the things that were must-do items that a buyer would need to know! If you're buying a house she is the only person you should have inspect it!
Kelly Murphy will be my "go to" inspector for any future concerns I may have with my home, & she can expect an annual call, just to make sure we stay on top of things.
