Never again they put the wrong prescription on my lens all together!! From day 1 an after spending about $300 all together an now think theyre going to beat me out of another $300 to fix it like Wht I look like paying for your f*** up!! I hate I ever even referred my friends to this s*** hole! Corporate business practices are horrible. Cancelled my appointment because I didn't "confirm" 48 hours in advance. Problem is that I was not notified by text or email by the "confirming" system. Then they could only fit me in if someone else didn't show up.

I will never go to Visionworks, again. Completely incompetent. Eye exam conducted by technician half-asleep. Worst part, called in advance for a specific pair of sunglass frames. While not in store, was told they could order. Went through checkout and payment, before assistant stated they could not deliver frames as promised, and needed to back out my charges. Now I'm left to make another trip to a qualified optometrist to get frames and lenses. Worst experience, and waste of time.

I PAID FOR EYE EXZAM FOR CONTACTS AND WHEN THE TEMP ONES CAME IN FOR TRIAL THEY THEN SAID THAT MY 14 YR OLD SON HAD TO PUT THEM IN AND TAKE THEM OUT BY HIMSELF.
