Repeatedly on my bucket list to return, time after time. Beautiful new lodging in the south.
Had the best surprise tour at the wedding I attended yesterday! Our tour guides were super informed and excited about the stories they were sharing with us! Can't wait to go on a full house tour soon! Beautiful grounds and awesome staff! Would totally recommend for a wedding venue or romantic getaway.
This was our second Thanksgiving dinner at Houmas House. It was as we expected, great as our first time. After a good dinner it is always a pleasure to walk the beautiful grounds of the historic plantation. We are looking forward to our next visit.

Our daughter, Jessica Ford and Brett Fredieu’s wedding 10-28-17 was absolutely magical!!! The venue exceeded all and more of our expectations. The food was excellent, the staff was amazing. The experience left us and our guests wanting to come back again. My highest praises to the lady that put all of this together for us, Janine Thibodeau!!! What an amazing Wedding Director/Planner, you can tell she loves it and loves Houmas House!!! Thank all of you for making it such a special day for us!!!
