Visit and stay here many times and each visit was as good as the first, I Tour The plantation, walking around the Beautiful Gardens and had a amazing meal at dinner. And watch the sunset looking over The Mighty Mississippi River, while looking at The Beautiful Houmas House Plantation at night. The staff here is wonderful and always go out of they way to help you make you feel right at home. That is what you call SOUTHERN HOSPITALITY
The food is second to none on my opinion! And what to say about the atmosphere, wonderful! Was lucky enough to spend Valentine's dinner with my wonderful wife and great friends in the main house dining room all to ourselves! Oh my what a fantastic night!
We had a great experience. The bed and breakfast was delightful. Great nights sleep and the food in the restaurants was great. Can't wait to go back again.
I didn’t dine or rented anything thing I just walked in for a tour in my opinion it was very expensive 26$ is too much to walk around a house without a slave quarters visit or sugar cane land. Missing the magic and true history I hope to find at evergreen or Whitney.
What a beautiful house and the garden even in January were spectacular. Had lunch there I do. It recommend the Turkey & Brie but my companions had a burger and veggie pasta and they both said where good.
