Awesome place! I loved how well kept the grounds and garden were! It is immaculate! The food was awesome especially the shrimp fettuccine and the bread pudding.
The Houmas House Plantation is absolutely beautiful... I live about 10 minutes from the plantation... While we taking our evening walk on the levee, we decided to stop and take pictures of the plantation . The sun was setting and a breeze was blowing the Spanish moss back and forth on the oak trees... I love the scenery and the large columns of the home...
Knowledgeable guided tours, beautiful house and gardens. Restaurant good with excellent service.
