Beautiful Hotel with a staff that makes you feel like family. Great location in the heart of downtown, everything was close and easy to find from the hotel.

Stayed here the day before our wedding and the day of our wedding. With a room change inbetween! It all worked out pretty much so flawlessly! Staff was always around offering a hand to help unload your car or reload it. Had a lot of staff help way back a month before when I made the reservation. Top notch with keeping there word! Parking is interesting but easy to nativate, I would say this is expected downtown by far though. Had family stay here as well who had nothing but great things to say as well. Truthfully, 4.5 stars would be more appropriate because the parking is awkwardly situated in the back of the hotel and poorly marked. No one offered to assist with my bags, but the hotel was new. The rooms were clean and beautifully designed. The restaurant served good food. I think it was a very nice boutique hotel and I would stay there again. For breakfast, walk across the street to Gracies diner.
What a wonderful hotel. The public and private space are equally lovely. Top notch bar, comfortable, well appointed rooms. It's the caliber of top boutique hotels in Chicago, San Francisco, etc. A real treat in Springfield. Well done!!!!!
We enjoyed the Explorer Suite so much! It was the nicest hotel room we have ever stayed at!
This is the first time I have EVER written a review of a restaurant! I am 45 years old and have eaten out my whole life, from $5 per person to $100 per person dinners! I have never been out with 13 people and only have 2 people happy with their meal! The food was subpar at best and the prices were way over priced for the quality of food we received! The Hotel itself was beautiful and I hope that whom ever is in charge can redeem the restaurant!!
