Always great! All the staff is great. Excellent restaurant.
Held a business meeting here and the staff was very accommodating and the customer service here is top notch. If you are looking for a different atmosphere than a standard chain, Hotel Vandivort will deliver! By the way what is the name of the song that plays in the background of your marketing video. I remember rehearsing for SLT shows in this building many years ago. To see how its changed was mind blowing. Everything from the entrance, the ambience, staircase, restaurant, etc. The food was absolutely perfect. Pricing ranging from $$- $$$ I recommend the Kale Salad with prawns for those who are health conscience. The service was top notch! I will definitely go back and refer to others. I live in NYC now, and this felt like a New York dining experience.
It was a beautiful hotel. Service was very good. The food at The Order was superb! My only issue was in our room, the refrigerator was not working and the bathroom sink faucets leaked. We had water all over our bathroom counter.

My wedding was here this past weekend and I can not say enough positive things about this hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful all weekend. The ballroom was the perfect place to have our ceremony and reception. Having the master suite on the same floor as the ballroom was the best thing ever. The hotel itself is just gorgeous. Hotel like looks amazing! Mary(bartender or mixologist) is a beast. Can really make a cocktail! And coming from a background of liquor she really knows what she is taking about!
Where do I even begin? This hotel is amazing! The staff was most pleasant and accommodating. While I was able to carry my wedding dress, back pack, and suitcase, they were so sweet in helping carry stuff to my room. The rooms are breathtaking, modernly beautiful. It truly was a nice home away from home. Thank you as well for treating us as Bride and Groom even more specially. It just added to our weekend.
