If you're looking for five diamond service look no further! Its right in the center of Amherst and the Umass Campus. The best perks are the customer service, location, comp overnight garage parking, comp breakfast, comp wifi, and the most immaculate rooms you'd ever seen. Seriously Leona Helmsley would have killed for as clean of rooms. GM Dave O'Connor and AGM Rachelle Allen have done an amazing job leading their team to becoming the best hotel in the valley. Keep up the great work!
I've stayed there before several times, and it's a nice hotel. However, they are NOT kidding with their cancellation fees. I had to cancel last night's reservation after I woke up with vertigo yesterday morning, and was charged $45 because I didn't know on Saturday night that I wouldn't be able to go on Sunday. Extremely disappointed that I didn't get to stay in my nice room, and even MORE disappointed that I had to pay $45 for the privelege of NOT being able to stay for emergency medical reasons!
