RecommendedThe hotel has wonderful amenities, plenty of shower products, towels, extras comforters and pillows. This hotel is very comfortable.
A big shout out to Hotel Umass. They were able to accommodate my last minute check in to visit my daughter on campus. I was checked in by a delightful young man named Ben and quickly given the key, parking pass and WiFi instructions for my stay. The room was spotless and comfortable with all the nice touches. A lovely spread was available in the morning, hard boiled eggs, oatmeal, cold cereal and and abundance of pastries and muffins to choose from. The entire staff were pleasant and helpful. I can't say enough good things about Gavin, excellent customer service. He is the model for anyone who is in the service industry; smart, patient, helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. I was struck in a storm, called the hotel and was taken care by a professional. I am grateful and I am sure you will appreciate this level of service.

I highly recommend Hotel UMass! We had our wedding here last weekend in the Marriott Center on the top floor and it was beautiful! The hotel was so accommodating - they gave us a huge suite so everyone had room to get ready. The rooms are beautiful and the staff is fantastic! Even the continental breakfast is super good!

Stayed there in January for the first semester of the ULA program. LOVED IT!! Great room and great staff. The Front Desk staff and management in particular were beyond friendly and accommodating. Thanks everyone!!!
