Awesome stay. very clean and happy staff! I highly recommend
Comparable to the Holiday Inn Express just down the road. Simple yet clean rooms. I had just arrived after an 11 hour trip and was pleasantly surprised to have been able to check-in early. The down side is that there isn't a fitness center, and breakfast is nothing more than ordinary. However, the location is really what sets this hotel apart from the others in town. The building I called home during my 4 weeks program, very recommended for those who want to get cozy place when visiting UMass.
We have stayed at this hotel on three separate occasions and been pleased every time. On our second stay there was an issue with air conditioning which the staff took care of immediately. The rooms themselves are not large but certainly spacious enough. They are well appointed and clean. The bathroom provides all the usual toiletries and a decent hairdryer. We will only stay at this hotel when we visit our daughter at UMASS. The rooms are immaculate, the customer service is superior, and they have the most amazing pastries in the world. I must say that the beds are so comfortable, and the rooms are very quiet as well. You will have a lovely view as well. There no negatives, other than the fact that you will eventually have to leave. We visit several times a year, and will never stay anywhere but Hotel UMASS!
