The customer service at the on campus hotel was absolutely top notch. Our room was very nicely appointed. The free continental breakfast was great. I would definitely recommend this hotel while visiting the Amherst area!

Our only very minor complaint was the size of the bathroom, it is a little on the small size. I would definitely recommend this hotel while visiting the Amherst area!
