We needed a roll out bed for my sister who came to join us for my son's graduation. We were not able to get one due to fire regulations.. But the hotel staff gave us a free room with a king sized bed for,the night at no extra charge. Everyone was very helpful and the breakfast was wonderful.
This is a cheap hotel not a hilton. That being said you do get free parking, a pretty decent breakfast breakfast as far as continental goes, the staff is friendly, the rooms are pretty spacious, and they will go out of their way if theres something wrong. Again this isn't a 5pretty star luxery suite, but it is good for the price and what you get. Plus it's a very good location.
Out of all the places we have stayed this has been our favorite! Large room kind employees, and an amazing.breakfast that was free that they could easily charge money for!!!
I got exactly what I paid for. A reasonably clean, relatively comfortable, and really affordable room. No bells and whistles, but decent customer service and located in a very convenient part of town. If you want to be able to stay close to the school or hospital, this is the hotel for you...but don't expect a grand breakfast buffet, the robes that are mentioned in amenities, or great WiFi service (although some rooms might have better connectivity)... All in all, you get what you pay for...
Value for price.
The price is really fair for the hotel. I would recommend it!
I had never been to Morgantown before but after this experience and the service provided by the staff at the Hotel Morgantown, I hope to get there more often. The air conditioning in my room wasn't working so they upgraded me without question or additional expense. The staff was friendly and very helpful, I just can't say enough about them. O O O I almost forgot the fabulous breakfast that was included!!!!
a modestly good one or two star hotel. When it comes to staying in an economy hotel, no problems is a good thing.
it was just A nice hidden hotel...price was right...cont breakfast was awesome.....
