We loved our experience! The executive suit was perfect. Ben was super helpful and adorable! We will definitely be back! The complementary sake hour was a hit as well :)
Remodel is tacky. Wifi almost nonexistent. For a newly remodeled room there were water damage in the bathroom. Never been more disappointed in my stay here. Next time I'll stay at the Buchanan. �
Only stayed there for 4 hrs but looks lovely and lots going on in the area
Staff are very helpful, the hotel is clean, but there e no facilities here, no bar, no sauna, nothing!
