Very helpful and personable staff; nice rooms
It is a very nice hotel. Easy to find, clean, hospitable. Everyone working there are polite and efficient.
The staff is exceptionally friendly and the rooms are tight but decorated in an eclectic modern style. Easy parking in garage under hotel. Easy access to fab restaurants and Pearl Spa. Happy hour drinks were delish but we could have used some snack options. Only annoyance was that we were stamped to have free parking but it was not honored at the garage unless you parked near the kiosk and had the attendant validate the ticket to let you out.
