Nice hotel and the staff was great!
Love the Indigo!! It's the only place I will stay in NYC. The staff is exceptional in every way!!! After only a couple of visits the staff had all remembered my name and amenities I like and always leave them for me with a hand written note... they are so classy... love them... highly recommend!!!

Yes, the rooms are small, but they're cozy and cute! Love the location, in the middle of alot and close by to the subways!

Check in was smooth, rooms look like pix, nice and clean, took advantage of the rooftop patio, water pressure was great. If i had to say anything on the negative side is cold air kinda comes in thru the windows and room service is a lil pricey. Def holds up for what it is🖒
