RecommendedHotel Indigo is a cute little hotel in a prime downtown Brooklyn location. Easily accessible to all shopping, restaurants, etc. The front desk crew were very friendly & eager to help! I would recommend this hotel to everyone. I will definitely stay there again!
Very nice hotel. Comfortable accommodations. Nice updated look. I had a couple of special requests which the staff was able to fulfill for me.

From what I can understand when reading other guests’ reviews, chances are that Indigo has changed the staff - or at least its manager. The place was okay and clean but the way we were treated (especially by the manager Andre) ruined the entire experience; there was some kind of mistake with our reservation - not from our part - and the manager’s solution was inviting us to leave, instead of trying to solve the problem for us or with us.
