Had a reservation for over a month. Showed up and they sent us across the street to a sheraton. said they had no rooms. no apologies, explanation, nothing.
Need parking had to park 3 blocks away. staff was nice very sweet lady at front desk.
There's nothing to recommend, because this hotel is no longer open to the public. It is a homeless shelter for men. As far as shelters go.. its kept fairly clean and security is pretty tight...Most of the residents here are quiet, and keep to themselves. If all homeless shelters were like this people would have No reason to be on the street.
2013 short stay - nice hotel. the view is very pretty "maybe it's maybelline" lmao the design on the ceiling was incredible. Staff is there when you need them.and us always polite. if your in town go see this hotel. i recommend to anyone who has a elegant taste.
