About as good as it gets in the area
I spent a few nights at the Indigo Hotel Brooklyn, New York and I accidently left my good sneakers in my room. I have called several times but can't get a response from them and they keep tellling me to leave a message with housekeeping who will call me right back and make arrangements to get them to me!! Which I have done, NO RETURN CALL! What a lousy way to do business.
