Favorite spot by far in South Beach! Awesome space, amenities and good times! Definitely highly recommend!
Just want to share poor client service at the bar of this hotel. It’s Friday before Halloween and the place is busy. I waited in line for a drink for almost 20 min. I was situated between the two bartenders so I was not attended to though other people on the sides were being served more promptly. I asked the bartender (big guy with a beard) when my turn will be.
