Great hotel. Excellent location. Wonderful service.
Wonderful place to stay with a wonderful staff to match! Walking distance to Central Park, Park Ave, Madison Ave, Times Square, Rockefeller Center and many many restaurants. Accommodations were very nice, as was the complimentary breakfast and daily happy hour. Rubi helped us tremendously by making reservations for dinners and a show. (Unfortunately we didn't get to meet her while we were in NYC. Maybe next time!)

I liked everything.... a lot.... except I would like some electric outlets at the desk... for the computer / cell phones / tablets. Otherwise,, perfect. Everything I want in a city hotel. Especially liked all that goes on / all that is available in that 2nd floor lounge. Highly recommended in just about every way. My first time there... but definitely not my last.
