Great hotel, nothing too much trouble. The complementary wine & cheese every night was a treat. Very convenient to visit all the attractions. Rooms are roomy a lovely comfy bed.

This is now my favorite hotel in New York City. Superb, friendly staff. Darling and comfortable rooms. (I slept on a cloud.) A library, gathering space where I can go and work or converse over coffee and wine (all complimentary). I know I'm gushing but the experience for me was worthy of the gush. Everything just clicked. My only critique was that my burger at the bar was meh, but seriously, everything else exceeded my expectations.
