Gorgeous hotel. Old world charm in a busy city. Attentive service. Loved the complimentary pre-dinner drinks/cheese and relaxing calming music in the Club Room. Location is perfect. Walking distance to Central Park. Some nice restaurants across the road plus a lunch deli. Thx for helping make our visit to NY perfect.

Just spent 3 nights here and highly recommend. Fantastic location, staff, amenities. Breakfast and happy hour wine and appetizers a big bonus. Will stay here again.
Not our original booking as due to issue @ original sister hotel we were moved : but what a bonus! We had a king suite (room 83) which was immaculate and beyond anything we've ever stayed in - total luxury. The complimentary wine chocolate and brownies for my birthday was a wonderful touch. Absolutely everyone at the hotel from door staff to breakfast staff were 100% attentive, engaging and friendly. A credit to themselves and the hotel. Made our 5 day stay in NYC an absolute dream! Thank you all so much xxx
