Edgar took good care of us. The staff is wonderful.
Pros: Cute hotel with quirky & helpful employees, free wifi and a snazzy wine hour. Cons: no A/C, thin walls and sketchy neighborhood. Bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper.
Snazz is amazing. Check him out in the lobby during wine time.
Staff is really friendly. They make you feel at home. Nice place to stay in SF. Free wine from 5:30 to 6 pm for guests!
This is not a good hotel!!! Horrible customer service. Unhelpful and rude staff. Weird smells in the room. Stay here if you like ice cubes - that's the only good thing I can say. Go elsewhere !!!
Hotel staff is great! Very good sense of humor. It's clean and well decorated.
