Pesima atencion "ascensor. Malo . malo sistema. De llave y te dan un regalo de un trago que sl final lo cobran , el perdonal atiende pésimo. Y mas encima no tenian limon para hacer algun tipo de trago , mala administración. Un desastre. Las dependencias. Buenas. Pero organizacion y atencion. Mala
Nous avons réservé cet hôtel mais il était fermé à cause de l'ouragan Irma. Maintenant ils refusent de nous rembourser. Ce sont des voleurs : ils profitent d'une situation de force majeure pour se faire de l'argent. Honteux! We booked this Hotel but they were closed due to Irma. Now they refuse to refund our reservation. They are thieves : they exploiting dramatic force majeure situation to make money. shameful!
Hotel tem quartos bons e boa localização a parte banheiros é horrível água fria e o atendimento zero principalmente aos brasileiros tivemos muito aborrecimento problemas com reserva,com mudanças de quarto sem necessidade mal atendimento ninguém resolve nada descaso total avaliação zero
Hotel was nice friendly service but the water was cold stayed there four days and I had to call every morning to fix it toilet ran all night but the location was great n the middle of everything
VERrrrrrYyyyy friendly staff especially the front desk guy lol sorry can't rember the names but very nice and helping � pool area is sooooo beautiful and bartender Alan is awesome !!! Rooms are small but feel like home �
